The fear of allowing our own thoughts to guide us, is simply a fear of the unknown. Programmed to always seek an expert’s advice, to look up to someone else for answers, prevents us from listening our own intuition and our own thoughts. Once we cross that bridge we can see clearly, that there is no one who knows better how to live our life than us. When we are in the quiet state, listening to our own thoughts, contemplating how we feel about the thoughts we are having, we can hear the answers to questions we have been asking ourselves for so long. When that voice is allowed to be heard, we become balanced, as then we allow ourselves to be our own greatest teachers.
